Whether you're interested in learning practical self-defense skills in a safe environment or introducing more fitness into your daily life, the Azariah May Academy has classes for all interests & ages. There is no specific fitness level or prior martial arts experience required. Our coaches & trainers take a trauma-informed approach, so even if you're nervous about participating in the classes, our staff won't pressure you to do anything past your personal limits. Azariah May Academy was founded by & employs certified victim advocates for all our classes. Your safety & comfort is our highest priority.
